Supervisor Marampa Mines Limited (MML) 2016 to date Process plant supervisor at London Mining and S/L Mining 2013 to 2016 Process plant control room operator at London Mining and Timis Mining 2011 to 2013 Foreman at London Mining Process plant construction 2010 to 2011 High School Teacher and school support officer from 2006 to 2010 Key Responsibilities  Ensure compliance to safety protocols and enforcing plant safety.  Coordinating the smooth and efficient running of the process plant.  Manage planned and unplanned maintenance jobs.  Collect plant consumables like flocculent and coagulant from the warehouse.  Coordinate with metallurgical team to ensure achievement of recovery, yield and grade.  Management of subordinates on their daily routine and activities.  Attend morning production meetings to address issues that impact production, recovery, yield and recovery also develop action points to address critical issues.  Trouble shooting plant issues/breakdowns to determine Root Cause and developing mitigation factors.  Routine monitoring of process parameters to determine possible deviations and ensure corrective measures are taken promptly.  Respond quickly to plant equipment alarms by taking appropriate measures.  Coordinate with field and control room operators to ensure smooth and stable operation.
