Project: Implementation of an integrated multi-vendor ecommerce platform to facilitate multiple vendors setting up their storefront to sell their products. Responsibilities: • Gathering, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements from the Project Sponsor for the implementation of an integrated salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for a digital marketing firm. • Creating functional specification requirements using interviews and document analysis • Creating Mock-ups to capture user preferences using Mock Flow - cloud based tool. • Documenting process flows for current / proposed processes, workflows, and data flows. • Communicating with project managers, subject matter experts and end users. • Documentation of the User Stories using Jira for full traceability and management. • Interfacing between the business and technical teams and translate technical and business requirements. • Assisted with the creation and maintenance of processes and dataflow mapping in relation to key personal data input and data transformation processes. • Interfacing with third-party vendors during design to ensure coverage of the business needs and compliant integration to meet our requirements.

Project: 1. Claims Automation: Streamlined, enhanced, and developed various aspects of the testing, development, and execution of the claim’s web applications. Designed and implemented processes for reducing manual operations to enhance efficiency through automation. 3. Fraud Detection and Prevention: Another IT project which involves the use of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to identify and prevent fraudulent claims. Responsibilities: • Planned, conducted, and completed Risk Based Investigations and Enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk clients and recommended continuous review or downgrade to low risk as appropriate. • Assigned appropriate risk rating to customers in line with risk rating methodology. • Supported the development of technical specifications for compliance and solution design. • Created use case diagrams to complement and draw out key features of the new solution. • Produced mockup wire frames to highlight changes to existing screens and fields and supported the use of MOC platform. • Assisted in the data analysis and documentation processes, development, testing, implementation, validation, and maintenance of BSA models and scenarios used across the company. • Performed quantitative and qualitative data integrity analysis to ensure the integrity of data as required for transaction monitoring and sanctions screening. • Performed quantitative and qualitative analysis of data used to prepare and report various metrics of the company to both internal and external parties using PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. • Wrote formal and fact-based documentation of detailing work performed, including procedures, assumptions, and results/findings.

• Analyzed the Personal Loan books of Stanbic IBTC Bank to understand the conversion of potential VAF business which has being wrongly processed. This puts the bank in a negative asset cover position and gave rise to the PAAS (Personal Asset Acquisition System) product. • Undertook the Vehicle and Asset finance process documentation towards the deployment of the Stanbic IBTC PAAS (Personal Asset Acquisition System) to simplify and streamline the process of individuals purchasing different assets.

• Handled bid process to win new Operating Lease/Fleet Management customer through active listening, Positive engagement and consistent attention to client requests. • Resolution of customer complaints and ensured excellent customer service to build positive brand recognition.
