Upgraded functionality of an agent dashboard by implementing customer support ticketing flow, enabling agents to efficiently escalate issues to enhance the customer experience and improve internal efficiency. Wrote comprehensive design documents specifying technical solutions and collaborated with UX, PMs, and devs along the way.

By modifying the team’s codebase spanning the backend tech stack involving a Python Flask app hosted on Google Cloud Platform, Cloud SQL database, and Google Cloud Storage, I constructed a GIF feature for an internal UX Research video app enabling UXRs to easily share research.
