Determination of Inventory norms and estimate price forecast of major raw materials for budgetary preparation. 3. Design contingency/ purchase strategy to refrain the stock criticality 4. Maintain the purchase rate variance within targeted level by setting regional purchase strategy, Negotiation, Synergy Purchase and forward hedging. 5. Secure the key Raw Materials uninterrupted supply by setting volume and rebate contract with global suppliers. 6. Contributing in operation of Innovation & Renovation Process for timely product launching by ensuring source, competitive price and on time delivery, Supply Market information and Regulatory & Statutory compliance as per law of the land. 7. Control the slow non moving Raw materials 8. Reducing the demurrage by proper replenishment planning, co-ordination between internal, external stake holders. 9. Executing the continuous improvement initiatives on process, cost, quality & services to achieve targeted operational excellence.

Cost plus margin method maintain with the backward linkages. 4. New packaging development and Cost reduction of existing packaging. 5. Implement and monitor VMI(Vendor Managed inventory) 6. Control of Slow-Non Moving PM
