* Receiving the material against Purchase Order from suppliers. * Issuing the material to various dept’s like Prod, Quality and Maintenance as per indent. * FIFO Method is followed for major items like Pulp, Crowns, Concentrate, Preforms, Cartons, Closures and Salts etc. * All GRN’s cleared within working hours. * 100% Daily, Weekly and Monthly Physical Stocks are taken. * Material management in 5’S’ Model. * Daily updating is done on RGP, NRGP and GRBN. * Stores purchase requirement requisition to be prepared through SAP. * Helping the colleagues to work done in a proper manner. * Reporting Stores Manager for facing the problem solving. * Loading & unloading the material and cross checking the material, Final quantity checking. * Ensuring Receipt & Issue of the materials and maintaining inventory level as per inventory plan * Man power handling related to ware house movements. * Inventory cycle counting as per perpetual physical stock verification system.

* As Executive - Store * Key Highlights: * Maintenance of Store records and Verification of Physical stocks on monthly basis. * Issuing/receiving the material from outside vendors. * Reporting to Stores incharge for any other problem facing through the material management. * Checking the material lacking and planning for getting the material to various activities. * Material management in 5'S' Model. * Record keeping of material issued to various depts. * Spares, which are required urgently intimated to the Maint. Co-Ordinator when stock is less. * Help Purchase Coordinator to reduce the slow moving spares inventory. * All Major spares given by the SAP code. Note the SAP code on requisition issue slip before issuing the Spares. * Final quantity checking.

* Largest Wholesale Garment Show Room * As Show Room Executive * Key Highlights: * Issuing/receiving the material from outside vendors. * Loading & unloading the material and cross checking the material. * Final quantity checking. * Daily, Weekly and Monthly Physical Stocks are taken. * After taken the mail to the party and issuing the material for the Consignee and after issuing the material sent a mail to concern the party. * Checking the material good or not. Either material was damaged then informs the show room manager for taken action.
