• Designed and implemented a custom order portal to centralise client, order status, and product delivery data. • Delivered an end-to-end procedure to onboard healthcare providers for sales, enabling smoother order processes. • Led the redesign of the company’s website, improving UI/UX and streamlining access to product and clinical information for healthcare professionals and patients. • Responsible for designing all marketing and presentation materials for client onboarding and trade fairs/conferences (OT World 2026, Healthcare in Shape, etc).

• Developed designs for low-cost versions of the Memo wallet (a pocket-sized whiteboard.) • Provided material choices to re-think hinge designs, specifically from an ergonomic perspective. • Modified the opening mechanism by introducing an integrated metallic-plastic hinge and main body design.

*Key Highlights* • Published research articles on bio-inspired design, nanomaterials, and ballistic impact. • Collaboration with Larsen & Toubro: Researched and developed a Fused-Deposition Modelling approach to 3D print a lunar simulant analog, recovered at Sittampundi, Tamil Nadu, India. Showcased at the Europlanet Science Congress, 2021. • Collaboration with Pravega Racing: Achieved a 48% weight reduction by applying generative design to develop suspension linkages for a Formula Student race car. 3D printed from Ti6Al4V alloy, with two research articles published (SCI and Scopus indexed). • Developed a rainwater harvesting system, with a focus on its modularity and use in different terrains. The patent title has been published as an Intellectual Property of India. • Developed a military aircraft ladder, with a mechanism that allows the ladder to be retracted at will from a storage unit located on the fuselage. • Manufactured a battery module casing using composite materials, reducing its weight by 3.7 kg. • Provided design guidelines and manufactured a carbon fiber frunk, front grill, and dead pedal. • Developed and evaluated cost reduction charts for comparing metals, thermoplastics, and composites, saving 2.1 lakh INR. • Supported material procurement through vendor management, and maintained the inventory for tools and materials.

• Contributed actively to the outreach by successfully collaborating with 13+ organizations. • Developed relations with dance groups, old age homes, children's shelter homes, and performers to further the reach of the initiative.

• Delegated a department of Composite materials engineers at Formula Bharat, 2021. • Implemented weight optimization techniques such as Generative Design to achieve significant weight reduction in the unsprung components of a Formula-Student race car. • Developed a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) chart for composite material-based components. • Assisted and encouraged the documentation process for the National and International events, for effortless knowledge transfer.

• Represented the Composite Materials Department at Formula Student Hungary, 2020. • Designed, analyzed, tested, and manufactured a hybrid aluminum-carbon fiber, double-wishbone suspension assembly. • Developed finite element setups to analyze composite laminate failures. • Manufactured the aerodynamic components, in particular the front wing, side panels, and floor, using composite materials. • Tracked and maintained the inventory for part count and management.
