Our model combines three core elements within each session: structured workbook development, non contact boxing training and professionally facilitated reflection circles. This integrated approach supports stress management, emotional regulation, resilience and team connection. FAB Boxing was established to bridge the gap between formal services and day to day life, creating a safe and disciplined environment where individuals can build both physical strength and emotional awareness.
