Providing technical assistance as a Mobile Technical Unit representative for all Navy vessels on the West Coast equipped with a Lockheed Mk 86 NGFS system. Forming, training and directing the efforts of STAV (Shipboard Train & Alignment Verification) teams, completing mission critical ships’ weapon systems alignments. Installing and aligning a critical satellite communications antenna for the U.S. Coast Guard used in search and rescue and law enforcement operations. Managing Magazine sprinkler inspection teams, certifying many ships at Naval base Long Beach and San Diego.

Coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance tasks and personnel, to obtain an efficient and effectively run work center. Managing the logistics and ensuring the availability of critical spares and consumable items during ship’s deployment. Drafting technical reports to correct reference manuals and blueprints, eliminating discrepancies. Training junior and senior personnel in all aspects of the weapons control systems. Weapons control consoles, data control systems and associated peripheral equipments. Utilizing test equipment, schematics and reference manuals for fault isolation, installation of engineering field changes and calibration activities. Ships security manager, responsible for all shipboard security, nuclear weapons guard force and VBSS (Visit, Board, Search and Seizure) team; conducting multiple missions in support of Desert Storm and drug enforcement operations.

Start up business owner (PRIME TECH Services LLC) Working with clients nationwide to fill the need for cost effective professional grade repair, calibration, PM and training services for MPM and Electrovert PCB manufacturing equipment. Collaborating with other equipment service business owners to form a network of service minded professionals supporting new and legacy manufacturing platforms. Connecting with equipment dealers and reps, supporting equipment installations and training requirements. .
