Responsibilities & Contributions: • Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition across Tech, Sales, Business, Marketing, Counselling, Operations, Delivery, and Mid–Senior Leadership roles • Partner with hiring managers for workforce planning, role scoping, competency mapping, and interview structuring • Drive full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, assessments, coordination, negotiation, and pre-onboarding • Maintain a consistent candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and structured evaluations • Support the HRBP team with employee engagement, grievance handling, onboarding coordination, and employee connect initiatives • Designed and implemented SOPs for hiring, HR processes, and induction workflows to streamline operations • Conduct onboarding & induction programs, ensuring new employees integrate smoothly with teams • Facilitate employee grievance support by listening, documenting concerns, and escalating to HRBP/leadership when required • Organize employee engagement activities including Fun Fridays, recognition programs, internal events, and culture-building initiatives • Coordinate employee learning & development efforts, including external conferences, workshops, and speaker sessions • Ensure HR documentation, compliance workflows, HRMS updates, and reporting accuracy across hiring and people operations • Track recruitment and HR metrics using HR Analytics & MIS Reports to support decision-making and process improvement • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth communication, stakeholder alignment, and operational consistency Key Skills Used: Talent Acquisition · HR Business Partnering · Employee Relations · Employee Grievance Handling · Workforce Planning · Onboarding & Induction · HR Analytics · HR Operations · Employee Engagement · Stakeholder Management · Candidate Experience · Interview Coordination · HR Policies · SOP Creation · Culture Building · HRMS · Organizational Development
