I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing at Kristu Jayanti University, with a strong interest in people strategy, talent acquisition, and business growth.During my internship at E2E Business Services Pvt Ltd, I gained hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. Working closely with hiring managers helped me understand how the right talent directly impacts organizational performance.Beyond academics, I actively participate in business competitions and leadership roles.
