Sophia Nabil Gustafsson

Sophia is an incoming CEMS double degree Master's student at the Stockholm School of Economics, one of the world’s leading business schools. She holds a B.Sc. in Business & Economics and has been widely recognized for her leadership and entrepreneurial drive across both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Her work spans startups, incubators, venture capital, investment banking, investor relations, social impact initiatives and project management at well-established firms. For her efforts, Sophia has received several national awards, including recognition from His Majesty the King of Sweden and a place on Nova’s list of Sweden’s top 111 talents. Most recently, she was awarded the prestigious Anders Wall scholarship of 200,000 SEK for her entrepreneurial achievements and commitment to positive impact. With experience in business development, strategy, project management, and corporate relations, Sophia has led teams and built ventures that combine purpose with performance. She brings an entrepreneurial mindset to everything she does, grounded in values-based leadership and a passion for driving change.
