Ashley Danielson, RDN, LD

Hi there! I'm a second-career Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with progressive leadership experience in public health, retail and corporate wellness and community nutrition, and I'm passionate about lifestyle change, education and empowering others. My additional background work consists of healthcare recruitment, enhancing communication with stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration and systems thinking. Other gigs that I tackle within my day to day life include being a yoga teacher (and student), staying active, traveling, and being creative in the kitchen. I have slowly transitioned from a Type A to a Type AB while my husband and I raise three daughters (age 5, 3, and 1) in the Midwest. I work daily on intention, giving myself grace and living life with purpose.
