• In charge of APAC over 35 Travel Retail POS of all Travel retail business and project development, including E-commerce platform & b to b business. Lead and guided the visual Merchandising Team & Boutique Management team. • Direct Report and work closely with the Global Head of Travel retail. • Analysis of the performance of each POS to grow up the business. • Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. • Explore more potential operators to develop different kinds of company business • Monitor stock Sell-in/Sell-out, in for all TR stores in the APAC region. • Keep good relationships with different operators, influencing them to understand and follow all company guidelines and update notices. • Direct management of each BTQ/POS manager. • Indirect management of each BTQ/POS staff (ABM, Sales associate, Inventory coordinator) • Establish a partnership with duty-free operators/ E-commerce platforms & b to b operators. • Trainer of APAC region on selling-skill / visual merchandising/customer service and store maintenance to respect the company Image and follow all the company guidelines to manage and guide each point of sales. Ensure each POS is in line up with the company guidelines on the standard.
