Foreign trade Contract fulfillment between Miners (BHP/Rio Tinto/Vale) and third party including: purchase/sells contract clause negotiation and sign off, LC application and checking, imp&exp docs presentation, index price confirmation, invoice settlement, laytime & freight differential calculation, Foreign & Domestic trade of Manganese Ore contract specialist including contract sign off, incoming confirmation, cargo release at Port and freight forwarder cost verification.

KYC for new customers and suppliers, Paper work on the shipping documents (Invoice/packing list/COA/COO/Insurance/Fumigation Cert)，Liaise with bank and work on bank application form to proceed payment via D/P and discount via L/C， Contact with bonded warehouse and SHFE registered warehouse to storage, issuance of warrant and E-Warrant, cargo release, charge settlement, and inventory check weekly and monthly.

Follow the logistic operation of stock in / stock out, ensure accuracy of inventories in the warehouse, manage and coordinate warehouse operation. operation for W/R re-issuance, endorsement transfer, final/conditional release acknowledgement; billing operation for rental confirmation, issuing invoices, pressing for payment, verify the cost of third party warehouse and agents.
