1.Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) according to the established plan, recording any identified Non-compliance issues. Utilize the Factorium CMMS system to manage all maintenance activities, with a focus on Rotary Equipment and Stationary Equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality of these assets. 2.Utilize the CMMS system to manage work orders (work requests), plan and monitor spare parts inventory, prepare the Scope of Work for maintenance tasks, and submit purchase requests for various services related to machinery. 3.Manage maintenance-related data and analyze vibration trends of machinery, particularly focusing on bearings, rollers, motor gears, blowers, and other rotary equipment. Provide relevant data to support the team's decision-making processes effectively. 4.Provide support for documentation in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and the internal FMR system requirements and Prepare and revise / correct BOM.

Preventive and Break Down Maintenance Provide plan for daily inspection machine (Blown Film , Forming ) Provide monthly plan for preventive maintenance and TPM weekly Provide corrective maintenance and support machine breakdown Stock control / spare parts for machine and purchase request (PR) Procurement expense service contract supplier.
