Transcend Recovery Community is a behavioral health organization based in Houston, Texas, serving adults navigating substance use disorders, primary mental health conditions, dual diagnosis, and behavioral or process addictions. With luxury properties located in the Historic Houston Heights neighborhood, Transcend provides structured, high-accountability supportive living through Transcend Supportive Living, along with individualized mentoring and professional coaching as part of a comprehensive wraparound care model. Our programs support adults transitioning from treatment, stabilizing after a mental health episode, or seeking a higher level of structure while rebuilding stability, independence, and purpose. Founded in 2008, Transcend operates under the clinical leadership of Joni Ogle, LCSW, and works in coordination with licensed clinicians and outpatient providers, including partnerships within the Heights Treatment network. We believe lasting recovery and mental wellness require structure, accountability, and connection. At the same time, meaningful progress does not always require hospitalization or inpatient care. Many individuals benefit from a safe, structured residential environment that bridges the gap between intensive treatment and independent living. Through Transcend Mentoring and Transcend Coaching, we extend support beyond housing by providing executive functioning guidance, life skills development, vocational direction, relapse prevention planning, and consistent communication with families and treatment professionals. This integrated approach allows clients to receive behavioral health support in a structured environment while building the confidence and skills necessary for long-term stability.
