Simco Foods was established in 1991 by David A. Sims, as a small distributor to grocery chains, primarily on the West Coast. Since then, we have expanded our products, services and client base. We now offer ingredients to manufacturers, name brand products to the retail and foodservice industries, as well as food items to state and federal institutions nationwide. We also pack product under the "Stella"​, "First Harvest"​, and "Sims"​ labels. Simco Foods is a full-service national distributor of food, grocery, foodservice products and industrial ingredients.
