Set up in 1986 under the aegis of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and in collaboration with Fashion Institute of Technology, New York (FIT New York), National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi (NIFT Delhi) is India’s premier fashion school and a pioneer in design, management, and technology education in the region. NIFT Delhi has been consistently ranked as India's best and among the world's top 25 fashion schools.
