MATA Aerotech aspires to be a leader in the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and robotics technologies, in Malaysia and regionally. Established in mid-2019, MATA Aerotech has laid a foundation to move forward strategically, within two industries which are fast growing with great potential and abundance of opportunities. As the robotics technology is still in the early stage of commercialisation, MATA Aerotech shall concentrate on the UAS technology as the driver of growth. However, as robotics technology is a key component of IR 4.0, its acceptance and adoption shall continue to rise. In Malaysia, higher minimum wage forces employers to reduce human labour and automate. ACTIVITIES & APPLICATIONS : MATA Aerotech, together with it technology partner – GEOSAT Aerospace & Technology Inc., is primarily involved in 4 activities, which puts MATA Aerotech as a full-service organisation and sets it apart from most, if not all, other ‘drone’ companies in Malaysia.
