Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Traumatology, The Research Center in Cooperation with AUVA

The primary objective of LBI Trauma is to improve diagnostic and therapeutic measures in trauma care, specifically in the areas of intensive care and tissue regeneration, lead by Prof. Dr. Johannes Grillari. Its interdisciplinary teams allow the Center to be engaged in many fields of medicine. The Research Center is involved in numerous Austrian and European research projects with a focus on translational research. Furthermore, international research results are analyzed and evaluated for their practical application within the AUVA (clinical studies and continuing education).
