I Can Read centres provide English language and literacy programmes for children aged 2.5 to 12 years. Headquartered in Singapore, I Can Read Asia is an English language training and literacy education provider that owns and operates the I Can Read (ICR) brand across growth markets. At the heart of our programmes is a proven and trademarked methodology, designed to help children develop strong literacy foundations in reading and comprehension and subsequently, improve spelling, grammar, and writing skills. English Literacy Courses Reading Foundations Level 1 Introduces children to the fundamentals of literacy by developing listening skills, clear pronunciation, and early sound recognition. Through interactive lessons, children build phonemic awareness and gain confidence in oral communication. Reading Foundations Level 2 Builds on early skills by strengthening sound awareness, including identifying beginning and ending sounds. Children also develop stronger listening, comprehension, and motor skills through structured and engaging practice. Reading Foundations Level 3 Prepares children for reading by developing their ability to blend, segment, and manipulate sounds. Through interactive activities, children gain confidence and a solid phonemic foundation before progressing to formal reading. Champion Readers (Levels 1–6) A structured reading programme that develops decoding, comprehension, and independent reading skills. Students progress from learning to decode words to reading fluently, while strengthening vocabulary, grammar, and written expression. Primary English Programme
