GEORGINE is a luxury women’s ready-to-wear brand launched in New York. The eponymous women’s designer collection designed by Georgine, is dedicated to one simple yet elusive concept: to create beautiful, chic clothing that every woman will feel great about wearing. The collection sets out to marry classic and modern ideals, blur the lines between casual and formal wear, and to combine intricacy with bareness. The designer’s motto is that the garment should look as beautiful from the inside as from the outside. From material to garment each piece exemplifies only the highest of Italian craftsmanship. Georgine sources her material from some of Italy and Frances most renowned mills. Georgine's fixation on detail and quality provides a touch of haute couture in every piece and is the definition of true luxurious Prêt-à-Porter. Georgine graduated from the Istituto Europeo di Design June 2011, just after her thesis collection was purchased by a prestigious boutique in Antwerp, Belgium. This auspicious beginning encouraged her to start her own label.
