Enactus CVS

Enactus is the world’s largest experiential learning platform dedicated to creating a better world while developing the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders and social innovators. The Enactus network of global business, academic and student leaders are unified by a vision to create a better, sustainable world. We at Enactus CVS aim to act as the epitome of change. A team of 70+ dynamic individuals united towards a common goal of rising by lifting others. Our current projects include: Project Abyaan: Project Abyaan aims to convert Used Cooking Oil(UCO) into soaps while uplifting underprivileged women and promoting hygiene and sanitation. Our project has two verticals namely Ayuda: A soap made out of UCO and Ayuda Skincare Plus range that features 2 types of soaps, made out of goat milk and used coffee ground. Project Ehtiyaat: A collaborative project that aims to upcycle single-use plastic waste and transform it into plarn, while reviving the disappearing art of traditional craftsmanship while supporting the artists. Ehtiyaat aims not only to attenuate the issue of Single-use plastic waste but also to empower the traditional handloom communities by providing them with financial independence. Ehtiyaat offers a variety of customisable products like laptop sleeves, handbags, coin pouches, Plas-kits and Plarnters. Project Ikhtiraa: Project Ikhtiraa working in collaboration with YWCA, Delhi aims to minimise the consumption of microplastics by replacing the paper plastic material used in teabags with Muslin cloth while empowering underprivileged communities and providing them with a steady source of income.
