Our national M&A advisory firm De NES Partners, LLC, represents owners of privately-held companies with EBITDA between $3-30 million in: (i) full sales to strategic buyers and (ii) recapitalization transactions where the company is sold to a financial partner (usually an institutionally-backed private equity firm) and the owners reinvest or roll over to hold a meaningful equity stake to benefit from the “second bite of the apple.” The recapitalization deals are particularly effective for situations where a business owner needs to buy out a partner or family member or execute on a more aggressive growth plan while taking some money off the table to reduce personal risk for estate planning purposes. Our niche is representing closely-held companies that need/expect a high level of service in order to help them navigate the complexities of a transaction. We are “high touch, highly communicative” bankers and are intimately involved in the engagement to help ensure that there are no missteps or miscommunication during the course of a transaction. We do not employ Associates or Analysts and the two managing partners manage transactions from start to finish - most clients choose to work with us specifically due to the exclusive senior-level banker attention. We are FINRA licensed working under a broker/dealer and operate as generalists across the manufacturing, distribution, business-to-business services, and healthcare spectrum.
