He has developed CCC methods meetings: Create, Core, Completion, and DDD method for daily tasks: Do, Don’t Do, Delegate. He is also active in the family happiness program. He is running “Gruh Sabha -the spring of love in the family”. He has given this wonderful happiness system to more than 40,000+ people through different seminars and social media. He has obtained the PGDBA in Operation from Symbiosis, Pune. He has completed a Master of Technology in electrical engineering from SVNIT, Surat. His paper is published in the famous national-level journal of Central Power Research Institute. He has also won the Gold medal at QCFI at Baroda. He had worked with Essar Steel Ltd where he has explored the practice of teamwork methods and strategic approaches to get the desired results for 8 years.
