We all have road maps we use to help guide us through our careers and our lives. These are formed through our personalities, beliefs, values and experiences. Whether we are beginning that career journey, creating new pathways or moving to a different lifestyle at the end of your career, there are times in our careers that we need help with navigation. Career Types is all about helping individuals and teams discover their why, their way, and what makes them unique. As an MBTI master practitioner, I coach clients to deepen their self awareness, challenge links to old maps that are no longer useful, and overcome any limiting beliefs. I help individuals at all stages of their career journey to create stories where they feel alive and purposeful. My own career journey spans over 25 years career management experience in the Asia Pacific region including Australia, NZ, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. I have coached, counselled and facilitated a diverse range of people of all nationalities from students looking for career direction to international senior executives contemplating a new career transition, including clients from multinationals & government, across various industries. I have extensive experience in executive recruitment, training and development, career transition management and leadership coaching. I offer a range of individual and team programs in Australia, NZ and SE Asia.
