Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC)

The Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) is an independent quality and standards organisation appointed as an external accreditation entity for the psychology profession in Australia under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009. We develop and maintain the Accreditation Standards for psychology programs of study, assess programs against those standards, and undertake ongoing monitoring of accredited programs to ensure high-quality education and training for the psychology profession. APAC accredits more than 1,000 programs of study across 44 higher education providers, including Australian university programs delivered in Malaysia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam
