* Job Description:- * Is handling the administrative facility management/payroll MIS/ Vendor management. * Responsible for branch manpower recruitment from selection procedure to final joining support documentation and salary report task. * Attendance and muster MIS preparation and helping for the recruitment task for HR.

Maintain complain SLA, Welcome, Retention, Collection, Tele-verification calling and flashing Dailey report on client.

* Attending walking customer. * Forwarding the complaint and request of the customer to concern departments. * Handling the sells executive concern. * Maintain all seller connation data form excel and forwarded client. * Also achieve the target form postpaid connection.

* My responsibilities included * Auditing Calls of CSRs and marking them according to guidelines. * Sharing feedback to CSRs and AMs. * Developing and bringing low performers up the learning curves. * Quality, Documentation and Cu Dose briefings to AMCCs along with CSRs. * Preparing Quality Report, Cu Dose Report and Documentation Report. * Sending Reports to Operations.
