As the driving force behind the operational excellence of three full-service restaurants and a commissary, I spearheaded a significant profitability turnaround, achieving an 8% improvement in whole with Prime Costs. Led a diverse team, including a Corporate Chef, Marketing Lead, Chief of Staff, Sales Manager, PDR/Event Coordinator, Controller, and unit Accountant, fostering collaboration and innovation. Played a pivotal role in developing the company's first Store Level Training Manual, Management Training Program, and a revamped Employee Handbook. Additionally, was instrumental in establishing a successful commissary. Contributed to managerial talent, handling the recruitment and training of 10 out of 17 salaried managers on the active roster. Completed the design and development of an innovative concept.

Responsible for total oversight of the F&B portion of the company, managing five restaurants with an all-in annual volume. Provided on-site support and guidance to address operational challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Led an above store level team, including a VP of Culinary, Director of Beverage, and Kitchen Operations Lead, in establishing long-term business goals, both financial and operational. Directed all BOH operations, facilitated menu creation, and ensured adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Managed the hiring, training, and coaching of restaurant managers, implementing personalized agendas to track progress, set motivating goals, and celebrate milestones. Conducted research and made recommendations on potential new markets, aiming to expand the company's footprint. Acted as an inspirational and motivational leader, embodying the culture and brand, while applying a continuous improvement philosophy.
