Ensure efficient deployment of scaffolding resources. 2. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE: Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with international safety standards and company HSE policies. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. Promote a strong safety culture among all teams. 3. PROJECT COORDINATION: Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges quickly. Ensure scaffolding structures meet engineering and safety requirements. 4. TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead, supervise, and mentor scaffolding supervisors, inspectors, and workforce. Develop team capabilities through training and coaching. Maintain discipline and high performance standards. 5. COST & RESOURCES MANAGEMENT: Control operational costs and maximize resource utilization. Monitor productivity and implement strategies for cost effectiveness. Support procurement and inventory management of scaffolding materials. 6. BUSINESS SUPPORT: Assist in tender preparation, project planning, and business development activities.
