Seoul Performing Arts Company A public organization under the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, SPAC was initially launched as the 88 Seoul Performing Arts Company in 1986. SPAC has been celebrating and recreating the Korean traditional theater and performing arts for the past thirty years, and by staging four new productions every year, SPAC has been contributing to the development of Korean theater as its backbone. SPAC has presented an annual programme of original productions and served as a cultural ambassador through various international tours. SPAC continues to cultivate the next generation of theatre professionals through its education programme. About Gamugeuk SPAC presents an eclectic array of high-quality productions in the style of gamugeuk, a unique genre of music theatre in Korea. The country’s remarkable history and key figures provide fascinating subject matters, and the combination of Korean dance upholding and fostering traditional values, modern art and popular numbers that appeal to contemporary audiences results in a highly accomplished form of performing arts.

Insight Entertainment Inc. is an entertainment company with various business areas including concert and musical production, event planning, recording business, management and more. Our company started with nationwide concerts of Cho yong-pil, Yoon do-hyun, and Kim Je-dong, and now has been working on more than 400 projects since its establishment in 1996. Also, our company has expanded its business area into the recording business along with the musical ‘The Days’ live recording album and took one step closer to the public with more cultural contents.   In 2013, our company has created a large-scaled musical called ‘The Days’ and successfully entered the musical market. Musical ‘The days’ received countless awards including ‘Best Original Musical’, ‘Best Book of a Musical’, and ‘Best Director’ at the Musical Awards as well as the Korean Musical Awards. By receiving these awards, musical ‘The Days’ was highly acclaimed for its quality as well as the possibility of its success by the public. Jeju Center for Creative Economy & Innovation(J-CCEI) has the vision to transform Jeju into a creative island. We are making a startup ecosystem and an entrepreneurial hub through new connections. Seoul Metropolitan Theatre was established in 1997 as the 9th theatrical company affiliated with Sejong Center with the hope and expectations of theatrical people and the culture circles of Korea. The theatre advocates which gives citizens the right to enjoy culture, and it is operated as a production differentiated from other national and public organizations. The theatre is presenting high quality repertories to the audience through a variety of challenges and approaches as a pure performance production representing Seoul while satisfying "artistic, public, and popular" aspects of the performance and dealing with subject matters in performing arts that ordinary theater companies could not easily approach.
