1.打造并完善安信整体视觉传播语言及美学，负责整体VI应用、活动宣传物料、常规对外宣传设计、办公环境等全面统筹设计制作及执行； 管理并统筹规范安信信托整体视觉规范 2.梳理并全面提升优化公司整体视觉传达，确保品牌调性在视觉层面形成独特且统一的美学共识。 3.创建并完善整体品牌设计库，从品牌调性出发，形成全面统一的安信设计传达体系，通过统一视觉图片库、统一字库、统一模板及广告系统应用等措施，统一规范整体视觉表现，全面提升视觉传达质感； 4.指导并执行日常设计制作，包括H5页面、活动海报、宣传手册、PPT、邀请函、微信图文、CSR报告等具体日常工作，确保整体设计高水平贯彻执行； 5.管理并规范分支机构及相关部门的视觉产出物，通过规范、指导、服务及直接的设计制作，统筹整体设计应用及分支执行效果。 协调推进并完成设计相关策划制作，如宣传片、办公环境优化等相关需求。

Brand VI, packaging, print publicity, leading communication between our team and other departments, guaranteeing the visual unity of the brand. 3. Responsible for designing and cooperating with major well-known advertisers, such as major brand companies such as L'Oreal, Wal-Mart, Volvo, Watson, MAC, Yirendai, real estate companies like Jinmao House, Rongxin, Greenland Group and Longhu and some 4A advertising agencies and local customers. 4. Responsible for the overall control of project progress; participate in the project meeting; integrate and solve problems. 5. Participate in the design process and standardization of the work; create and share PPT. 6. Summarize and share the views of design to promote the design level of a team.
