Led clinical operations management and project oversight across a diverse portfolio of clinical research programs, with responsibility for team leadership, study execution support, and cross-functional coordination.  Key responsibilities and achievements: • Led and supported delivery of clinical programs across cell therapy, gene therapy, vaccines, microbiome-related products, targeted therapies, diagnostic devices, and real-world studies.  • Oversaw multi-center and single-center studies across IIT, IND, Phase I, Phase II, Phase IV, cohort studies, and site capability development projects.  • Managed operational execution and leadership for major programs, including vaccine studies involving 1,220 and 20,000 subjects, respectively.  • Contributed to cell and gene therapy project execution, including cell therapy IIT/IND programs and AAV gene therapy studies.  • Provided project leadership or oversight for studies such as cell therapy programs, microbiome-related studies, real-world research, and clinical trial site establishment initiatives.  • Led cross-functional coordination to support study quality, timeline management, and operational problem-solving across multiple stakeholders.

Progressed through multiple roles of increasing responsibility in clinical operations and project delivery, managing complex studies across vaccines, cohort research, medical devices, and early innovative therapy programs. • Led or supported study execution across multi-center and single-center programs, with responsibility for planning, coordination, timeline tracking, and issue resolution. • Developed practical experience in stakeholder communication, site collaboration, and cross-functional operational support. • Built a strong foundation in clinical project delivery, operational coordination, and leadership in a platform-based clinical research environment.

Worked in biotechnology R&D and supported the clinical project development of CytoploRare®. Contributed to product development, data collection and analysis, SOP establishment, and new product registration support. Earlier work also included participation in circulating tumor cell detection product development and related data analysis.

Participated in the AIDS/HIV broad antibody screening project and supported laboratory planning, routine operations, and project-related scientific work in a public health research setting.
