IMPROVE SUPPLIER AUDIT PERFORMANCE, GUARNTEED 90% FACTORIES WITH AT LEAST B RATING BY monitoring CAP follow up for factories, helping supplier to make appropriate remediation plan and follow the remediation implemented by onsite or desktop checking. 3. GOOD COORDINATION WITH OTHER TEAMS, MAKE CSR POLICY BE BETTER ESCALATED BY organizing regular meeting with each department for Auditing follow up, making the social handbook and new comer guideline, training and updating CSR SOP for other departments. . 4. ADVANCE BRAND RANKING ON IPE ( INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ENVIONRMENTAL APPAIR) BRAND BILLOARD, IMPROVED SUPPLIER ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE BY handling IPE project. 1. Conduct independent 3rd social compliance audits in many different types of factories throughout China; 2. Other projects relating social compliance maybe assigned depending on company need.
