Responsible for the company's legal and compliance work.

1. Draft and review business and product contracts in both English and Mandarin, including Initial exchange offering/initial game offering (NFT)/listing cooperation/market maker/fiat conversion/over-the-counter trading and other contracts; 2. Participate in business negotiations with the business department between suppliers and other third parties, such as B2B2C platform/B2C platform cooperation, advertising media cooperation, joining Coinbase's travel rules alliance, working with the technical department to discuss technical details, etc； 3. Review and write the platform's user policy and the product's terms of use. Such as reviewing and changing the platform's AML/CTF policies, talking in depth with product departments to write rules for margin trading, credit/debit cards for fiat/cryptocurrency trade, Launchpad, Launchpool, etc. 4. Liaise and coordinate with external consultants/attorneys in order to apply for a local financial license; work with national lawyers to resolve compliance difficulties in conducting business in each country; conversant with cryptocurrency&blockchain friendly country's regulatory framework and work on the license application in accordance with business requirements. Singapore (DPT), USA (MSB/MTL), Canada (FINTRAC), Australia (AUSTRAC), Lithuania, Portland， Germany (Bafin), Cayman (VASP)， Switzerland（FINMA）, HongKong（TCSP）； 5. Communicate with national regulators, react to regulatory inquiries, and aid in investigations for FINCEN/OSC/FCIS/FBI/SPF/BVISFC, etc; 6. Managing the documentation of legal entities in multiple countries and aiding external counsel with legal entities' maintenance (e.g., audited financial reports, AML/CTF policy updates, etc.); 7. Assist and tackle suspicious transaction analysis with the customer service department; 8. Aid with filing trademark applications; 9. Support business and operational-related work.
