* Responsibilities: * 1. Be in full charge of running of this department * 2. Responsible for client’s outsourced bookkeeping, financial statement & tax compliance work * 3. Prepare of financial statements/group report under HB1/IFRS, and reporting to clients’ headquarter timely * 4. Collection and analysis of all kind of financial and tax data required by clients * 5. Focus on risk management and budget planning * 6. Handling of tax compliance matters, such as tax initial reporting, tax planning, tax exemption etc. * 7. Assistance in intercompany transactions, contract draft and review with consideration of tax issues * 8. Achieve/over-achieve the target of our department following the development plan from top management * 9. Take charge in draft and implementation of internal regulation and compliance system of our department * 10. Be responsible for department development and service promotion * 11. Concentration on team building and junior employees training

* Responsibilities: * 1. Fully responsible for outsourcing bookkeeping and tax declaration services to clients * 2. Be in charge of preparation of financial statements to clients * 3. Be in charge of monthly/quarterly/annually tax compliance services * 4. Be responsible for long term and obstacle-free communication and reporting to clients’ headquarter * 5. Support on annual financial budget for clients * 6. Translation and preparation of financial documents among German, English & Chinese * Achievements: * 1. Got 2 promotions during 8 working years * 2. Be quite familiar with tax preferential regulations for foreign expatriates * 3. Support on labor contract drafting and related tax planning for foreign expatriates * 4. Support on design of internal compliance system from cash management, financial and tax side * 5. Independently handle of the tax issues during the process of share transfer and company liquidation
