Merger&Acquisition Part includes exploration and mining project collecting and risk assessment, due diligence of mining projects and government approval following and relations coordination, mining project financial valuation model constructing and mining acquisition business documents drafting, etc. Capital Operation Part includes mining investment funds establishing and operating, market value management of listed mining companies, asset management and financial leasing of mining companies, etc.

Focus on overseas mining project merger&acquisition, including overseas mining tenements information-collecting and sorting, participating in the preparation of the bidding letter of intent, selecting financial advisor and other agencies, organizing technical evaluation meeting of project acquisition, drafting an indicative bidding letter, operating on-site due diligence with agencies, planning transaction schema and financing plan, etc.

Including preparation and organization of the Directors Board Meeting, meeting minutes composing,Chairman's schedule arrangement,leader's instructions transmiting,office documents review circulation, routine work follow-up and supervision, etc.

Focus on Prospecting and exploration project partner coordination and maintenance, Mineral exploration and mining right certificate application and renewal, Coordination and maintenance of DRC government relations, Legal, financial and taxation agency relationship coordination, etc.

Focus on daily administration of mining company in DRC,mineral commodity trading business negociation, Import&Export process tracking, product customs declaration and tax drawback, DRC government relationship maintenance, Congolese employee management and local labor union relationship coordination, etc.
