1. As the end user, corporate with different functions to deliver the facility on time. The main job includes facility design, equipment selection, process design. 2. Establish the GMP document system in production, including SOP list, training matrix and OJT. 3. Participate in the equipment qualification activities, including system impact assessment, URS, IOQ. 4. As the team leader of suspension line, complete the gap analysis of new product introduction and draft the mitigation plan. 5. Provide some trainings for team members, such as the communication experience, cleaning and disinfection, behaviors in cleaning room. 6. Complete the facility assessment of contamination and cross-contamination. 7. Complete the production part of new facility launching documents required by government, such as environmental impact, health and safety assessment.

Generally, responsible for all upstream activities, including routine upstream production from media prep to harvest, Technical Transfer, validation support and related documentation. 1. Maily focus on process development in bench scale bioreactors and scale up to pilot plant; 2. Work as the group leader of stable pool production. Generally, our work scope is to produce a number of target molecules, such as Mabs,in a limited time with the reactor scale range of 1L to 50L. We improved our platform of stable pool production, which at least doubled the work efficiency and made the reproducibility much more stable than previous platform. As a result, we got innovation award from Wuxi Biologics in 2015 and oustanding achievement award from client (Genetech) in 2016.
