Responsibility: QA Team Leader  Prepare the procedure for QA team.  Arrange and check team member work.  Communicate with 3rd party for technical support.  Resolve the work issue. Help team member to resove complain.  Have meeting with UK QA team member monthly. Support other retailor quanlity work.  Family with EU compliance requirement.

 Help sourcing team for supplier selection, to qualify with ISO9001 management system and CSR audit.  Provide training to QC. 4 team members. Review inspection report, provide comments and decision.  Products development and sample confirm. Pre-production meeting to review product specification.  Deal with CAP and customer complain, resolve products quality issue and make sure factory follow CAP and effective implementation.  Update products standards based on internal standard requirement and customer requirement.  Maintaining and update records and system.  Major products are furniture for outdoor, indoor, camping products, table, chair, desk, crafts, etc.

 Help supplier to set up quality management system based on ISO9001 and properly complies with it. Provide training to supplier to follow the quality control system.  Help supplier to improve their product quality and set up test procedure in manufacture to control their product quality based on customer and standard requirement for in-coming material inspection (IQC), in-line inspection (IPQC) and final products inspection (FRI).  Make sure that golden samples reviewed before mass production and complete CAP.  Make sure that supplier to reduce the quality issue through quality control method such as SPC, FEMA, PPAP, APQP, and MSA. And through 5W to find the root cause.  To reduce cost by through reduce quality issue and satisfied with customer and supplier to provide the well efficiently method to help supplier to meet customer requirement.  Provide the training to sourcing team for quality requirement.  Provide the standards and regulation requirement for products as for FDA, DOE, CEC, DOT, Energy Star, Low Lead, ROHS, REACH, CPSC, Prop65, TPCH, EMC, LVD etc. Communicate with 3rd party such as UL, CSA, SGS, and TUV for certification to meet the international market.  Make sure that all required certificate provided and inspection result pass before releasing.  Familiar with SCR, SA8000, WRAP, ICTI audit process.  Develop and deliver presentations to interdepartmental groups regarding product work and process training.  Analyze product warranty returns and generate monthly reports that determine root cause and provide corrective action so products continue to meet or exceed quality and performance expectations.  In charged product Category: Safety & security products (Security box, Camera, Lock, doorbell etc.), Camping and outdoor products, Flash light, Toys, Tools (Hand tool, power tools), Home accessory, Material handling products, Apron, Furniture, Umbrella, Storage products, Bandage, etc. for USA and Canadian markets.

 Factory audit of ISO9001 and SA8000, Provide the audit result to quality and sourcing team. Make sure that supplier to complete the CAP and well keep on tracking on it.  Sample development. Make sure that Golden sample confirmed before mass production. And Sample kept well and for reference during inspection.  Make sure that supplier will have to follow CAP and provide the result to resolve the issue to comply with quality system.  In charge of inspection: Arrange colleague to provide order and communicate with supplier if product is ready for inspection. Arrange third party Inspection Company to perform the inspection with properly document without any delay to meet the ETD.  In charge of the qualification test: Check commercial team for products type. And provide the test requirement/ certification and to supplier to prepare the test sample. I am familiar with test standard for Europe sport and fitness products fastener, clamp, and hose and lube products. Analysis the fail reason and provide improvement suggestion to supplier to prepare modify sample. For the electric products with LVD, EMC, REACH, ROHS test which need to meet EN Directive.  In charged products category: Toys (Electrical toys, stuffed toys, etc.), Kitchen tools, Fitness, Home accessories, Swimming products, Leisure product and Sport products, fishing products and some kind of furniture for outdoor and indoor, Glass candle holder, Beach chair, Umbrella, animal products( such as pad, peddle, cage) etc. for EU market.  Major brand: Carrefour, Disney, Marble, Spiderman，etc.

 Dealing with products’ quality inspection per client’s and internal standards requirements.  Hand tools products as: Screw driver, Pliers, hammer, wrench, dynamometer etc.  Electrical Products as: Power tool, electric drill, Saw, angle grinder, Lighting, etc.  PPE products as: helmet, apron, boots, gloves etc.  And others as Fasteners, fitness & sports products, wiper, sorbent pad, sorbent roll, sock and boom. Furniture, Decorative Item, Grass, Ceramics, Luggage, Handbag, Stationary, Charismas product, Hardware, Toys, Etc.  The major work is to function check and safety verify based on the PVL (Product verification list) provided by customer. And do some test in the lab to re-confirm the function stability.  Provide support to SCR audit.

 Sample development, products test, sample confirm; Golden sample approval.  Resolve customer complain, warranty return.  Working in factory to perform in-coming material inspection, in-line inspection and final products inspection; prepare inspection material, maintain the system and keeping tracing file.  The main products, such as fishing rod, fishing reel, sunshine umbrella, and sand beach chair for USA and EU markets.
