Lead NPD Sourcing team to efficiently and effectively support NPD projects for several business units, ensure timely sourcing deliverables. establish sourcing strategy, conduct supplier sourcing,selection,qualification, supplier performance evaluation and drive improvement.

Coordinated all the procurement activities in whole product development lifecycle to meet project timeline, quality and cost objective; Supported 10+ NPI projects, most of which are global projects with R&D in US while manufacturing in China.

1.Experiences on several kinds of commodities purchasing and supplier management, e.g. PCBA, Power, Motion, Plastic, Cables, Sheet metal , etc.; 2.Follow the whole process from order release, delivery tracking and payment handling; 3.Ensure Assurance of supply and optimize the inventory level.

1.Material planning for customer NPI project, work with purchasing and production team to ensure on-time-build; 2.Provide weekly CTB report to customer and regular update E&O liability; 3.Regular review material status with customer rep. and resolve material related issues timely. 4.Responsible for several kind of electrical components purchase, like IC chip, resistor, capactitor, etc.. 5.Got familiar with Global trade process and good command of MRP knowledge.
