1. Responsible for all commercial purchasing topics for rubber & rubber-metal parts related to Divisions in AP region, incl. automotive chassis component, commercial vehicle & high-speed train. 2. Participating in strategy formulation and implementation of the global part family strategy. 3. Deploy strategic sourcing, maintain/ monitor/optimize AP supply base. 4. Manage the sourcing process from new offer creation till the supplier nomination for all kind of sourcing cases. 5. Negotiation for annual price reduction and other cost reduction initiatives. 6. Continuously optimizing supply chain through dynamic supplier management, incl. initiation for new supplier approval, and supplier sustainable development etc.

1.Contact window for all commercial purchasing topics relating to assigned rubber & rubber-metal suppliers. Responsible for the overall performance of these suppliers, also be responsible for relationship with critical suppliers. 2.Participate in development of supplier strategy as per assigned material fields,and implement it. 3.Supplier quotation management of RFQC (request for quotation container) for all kinds of projects, and prepare the relevant documentation to propose suppliers for Pre-Sourcing Meeting and Sourcing Meeting. 4.Negotiation for parts after Engineering Change and annual price reduction of serial parts. 5.Purchasing contracting management, especially for supplier capacity management, and price control. 6.Supply chain risk management, mainly incl. supplier risk management and inco-term management according to global policy of Central Logistic. 7.To deploy procurement digital tools/solution at supplier side for promoting supply chain 4.0 methodology of Bosch.

1.Conduct project management within central purchasing for Engine Cooling Fan products in China (application new projects). Commodities mainly incl. plastic parts & plastic molding, harness, resistor, motor components like brush holder & commutator, magnets, & copper wire etc. 2.Deploy global strategy of purchasing & supplier for all sourcing cases together with commodity purchasing team. 3.Manage BOM costs for Engine Cooling Fan products in China (application new projects). 4.Engineering Change management within Central Purchasing towards business unit and suppliers. 5.As the core member of Bosch Changsha RPP team to contribute to RPP projects (technical saving projects). 6.Qualify new supplier together with other functional teams and lead early supplier involvement for R&D platform projects. 7.Overall coordinator within central purchasing for Bosch Changsha Satellite plants in Chongqing and Shanghai.

Responsibilities: 1. Lead sourcing on direct & indirect materials for new projects, and select the proper suppliers (commodities mainly incl. machining + stamping parts, plastic parts together with its molding & resin, electronic parts like PCBA & PCB etc.). 2. To ensure qualified samples of new parts delivered on time at different validation phase. 3. To control and continuously optimize the purchasing costs, especially to negotiate the annual price for serial parts. 4. To support cost saving projects for existing products (design change, localization or resourcing etc.). 5. Lead supplier management. Responsible for the overall performance of all suppliers. 6. Staff management.

Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing for direct & indirect raw materials • Sourcing from original manufacturers abroad to reduce cost, e.g. impeller, gear, bearing, shaft seal & vane, etc. • Sourcing for localized components, e.g. housing (cast iron), electrical box, motor, wire harness, etc. 2. Supply chain management • Price control/annual price negotiation • Contracts/PO management • Support QA to solve quality issues • Organize supplier performance review annually 3. Purchasing projects management for localization of new products; • Work out a detailed project timing with suppliers • Follow up closely and help fixing issues in time • Ensure the cost target & parts sample available on time.

Responsibilities 1. Planning, ordering & tracking to ensure on time delivery of imported parts incl. compressor, motor & control panel etc. 2. Negotiate for new parts, old parts after design change and annual price of serial parts. 3. Continuously increase inventory turn rate for related parts. 4. Claim for discrepancy on quantity and/or quality of incoming imported parts. 5. Supplier performance review annually.

Responsibilities 1. Written translation on technical documents for printed sheet metal products. 2. On-site interpreter of foreign production manager. 3. Administrative tasks for technical Dept.
