Collaborate with the global team to develop the biomarker strategy for local clinical trials in China; Lead global clinical biomarker strategy development; Participate in different stage of the drug biomarker strategy development from early clinical stage to lifecycle management; Participate in and lead the development of CDx in China; Manage and collaborate with local vendors, identify and select diagnostic platforms and/or partners to enable the biomarker strategy; Contribute to the appropriate sections of the Investigator's Brochure (IB), protocols, and discussions with health authorities; Develop and implement the application strategy for CHGRAO.

Responsible for the overall management of the oncology precision medicine business, including sales promotion, marketing, product design, and strategic deployment.

Medical Support: Sales collaboration visits, expert visits, departmental meetings, academic support, conference organization, and presentations. Preparation of sales pre-literature, professional knowledge training, and post-sale clinical interpretation. Direct sales and agency sales management, discussing sales directions and target expert directions. Communication with clinical experts, negotiation of academic projects, proposal writing, initiation and full tracking of clinical research projects, assisting experts with meeting preparations, and organizing materials and PPTs. Product Manager: Market research for oncology products, product development, optimization, and packaging. Creation of product brochures and promotional materials. Preparation, initiation, expert visits, and implementation of large clinical trial projects and research collaboration projects. Coordinate various departments to jointly promote product optimization. Determine WeChat copywriting and market promotion methods. Promote sales expansion in various regions to increase sales volume. Develop new sales directions and methods. Negotiate with clinical experts to advance multiple clinical collaborations, including inpatient collaborations, research collaborations, and clinical collaborations. Participate as the main organizer in several large national multi-center clinical trials, covering the entire process from expert visits, protocol design, investigator meetings, and large kick-off meetings to ethics approval and final trial implementation. Develop the product from a single variety to multiple different products to flexibly meet market demands. Sales confirm that the product is well-received in the clinical market. Promote product technical improvements and optimizations, conduct product summary analyses, customer analyses, product type analyses, performance analyses, and sample analyses. Determine the accurate clinical positioning of the product.

As a senior research and development technician, I participated in the entire process of a kinase-targeted drug, from the initial target identification, chemical screening, optimization, and mechanism studies, to its eventual entry into clinical trials. I made significant contributions to the drug's progression into the clinical trial phase. I am familiar with various aspects of drug development biology and possess extensive practical experience. Additionally, I participated in the drug application and approval process, preparing and writing relevant documentation, addressing inspections from regulatory authorities, and understanding their requirements and procedures, with relevant experience. I also contributed to writing articles for publication in important domestic and international journals related to the drug.

As a senior R&D technician, independently established multiple cell-based screening methods for drug development targets to test the efficacy of small molecule drugs in cells. This work involved various aspects such as molecular cloning, cell culture, establishment of stable cell lines, development and optimization of cell-based assays, and research on drug mechanisms. The development targets included various types of drugs, such as kinases, epigenetic factors, and inflammatory cytokines. I have extensive experience in drug development screening.
