Joined Chwings, the tech startup based in Shenzhen high tech park as a product manager, responsible for working closely with all stakeholders including marketing, software development and investors to manage the development and operating of the company’s products. • Oversaw the market insight / product requirement analyzing, product function designing and features improving, and the commercialization of the products. • Led fundraising for the startup and received RMB 5,000,000 in funding from angel investors in 2015 • Coordinated the development and delivering of 2 products: • 1) Student social media and career development product: Douzhi • 2) Payment product: Flash Pay • Douzhi has successfully achieved a peak active user base of 30,000, up from 500 during testing, which then laid the foundation for the successfully commercialized payment product Flash Pay.

Co-founded Australian kitchen and bathroom products retail company Save on Bathroom and it’s ecommerce brand Renovation Online. • Managed day to day activities online and in-store sales, brand promotion and market penetration, logistics and vendor relationships. • Negotiated contracts with vendors and managed all logistics activities. • Created and managed brand promotion advertisements over google, radio and newspapers. • Successfully driven the growth of the business and achieved average turnover per year over $1,000,000.
