1. CRO Project Management 1）Work as CRO project leader between External customer(Pharmacy Companies) and Internal stakeholders, mainly for R&D groups also including BD, finance and logistic team. 2）Responsible for four R&D groups to coordinate the creation of project plan (project quote/timeline/budgets/contracts). 3）Tracking project performance by monitor monthly/annual actual incomes & cost. Analyze the gap between profits and the estimation aim, then provide maintenance or pause advise. 2. Customer Service 1）Work as Customer Servicer responsible for investigation on complaints/questions/emergencies from customers and response to new requirements mainly via emails and TC. 2）Work Closely with Marketing/Business Development Departments to maintain clients relationships and provide support to develop new clients. 3. Cross-functional Communication 1）As the front person of project management, timely submit and update the evidence as required, in addition to handle all kinds of internal and external auditing. 2）Work closely with various support departments (logistics department/warehouse/Legal team, etc.) to solve unexpected problems during the progress of the project and ensure that the project can be delivered on time. 4. Project based Process Improvement Management 1. CRO 项目管理： 1）作为关键的沟通窗口，负责与外部客户和内部关键部门（R&D研发部门 & BD团队）的沟通。 2）负责整个项目的设计（时间线/报价/交付标准等），实施和过程维护，直至交付。 3）实时追踪项目的进度和实验成果，及时灵活解决项目中出现的各种问题。 4）根据项目进度及时开具发票，监控每月/每年实际的成本费用/运输费用/材料费用并分析其与预算的差异。根据数据对项目进行叫停/维系/报价调整。 2. 对接药企提供客户服务： 1）及时处理客户在项目进行中出现的问题/反馈，保证项目顺利进行。及时反应客户的新需求。 2）支持市场部/商务拓展部/研发部门，开发新客户并共同维系现有客户关系。 3. 与各部门进行合作沟通： 1）与财务确认项目盈亏，按季度/半年整理数据并进行分析。与法务沟通，维护公司权益的前提下，确保与客户的合同签署顺利并及时更新合同。 2）与各个支持部门（物流部/仓库等）紧密合作，解决项目进展过程中的突发问题，确保项目能够按时交付。 3）作为项目的负责人，及时提交或者更新审计需要的各类文件并应对来自内外部的各种需求。 4. 项目和流程优化管理。

1. Cooperate with Clients and Supply team to ensure project completion. 2. Served as FL for multiple projects management in Raw Materials group by following up timeline and resolving problems to avoid risk, from the upstream warehouse sampling to the downstream GMP pilot workshop experiment. 3. Support team to write SOP to simplified workflow. 4. Learn quickly and gain in-company qualifications during internship. 1）在实习期间快速学习并且获得公司内部资质。 2）收集和分析从17年末到19年末所有项目中客户需求数据，做好后期跟踪和反馈工作。 3）根据需求制定了20份质量标准模板，优化后期工作效率。 4）担任多个项目的FL，负责项目整体的进度把控。从上游的仓库取样到下游的GMP中试车间实验，跟进各个部门进度，最终确保物料符合内审和客户标准。
