一橋大学商学部を卒業後、KPMG FASにて事業再生・M&Aに関わる経営コンサルティング業務に従事。 現在は、創業57年を迎えるエンボス加工メーカーである合同樹脂工業株式会社の代表取締役を務めています。 当社は、PET・PENなど剛性・耐熱性の高いフィルムへも大きな凹凸を賦形できるハードエンボス加工を専門とし、Ra0.8以上の100種超のパターンを保有しています。 当社は単なる加工会社ではなく、「フィルムや樹脂の表面形状を設計することで機能を創出する会社」です。 工程用離型フィルム、樹脂転写、宇宙用途など、幅広い分野・用途において、研究開発段階から量産まで一貫して伴走しています。 私は代表として、経営・製造・品質管理を統括し、技術の深化と安定供給体制の強化を推進しています。 また、20代で事業承継の当事者となった経験から、将来的には実体験に基づく承継プロセスの体系化や、次世代経営者の支援にも取り組んでいきたいと考えています。 After graduating from Hitotsubashi University (Faculty of Commerce), I worked at KPMG FAS, focusing on corporate restructuring and M&A advisory. I am currently the Representative Director of Godo Poly Industry Co., Ltd., a Japanese manufacturer with over 57 years of experience in hard embossing technology for high-rigidity and heat-resistant films such as PET and PEN. We specialize in functional surface texturing for engineering films. With more than 100 emboss patterns — including roughness levels exceeding Ra 0.8 — our technologies are used in: • Process release films • Resin transfer films • Industrial lamination films • Functional separation films • Aerospace-related applications Our strength lies in high-pressure embossing of stiff films and stable processing under demanding thermal conditions. We support customers from R&D prototyping to mass production, offering stable quality, flexible small-lot development, and short lead times.
