AI算法工程师 | 专注大分子AIDD（AI for Drug Discovery）｜百济神州 在百济神州从事AI算法的研发与落地，聚焦大分子创新药的智能化开发。主导覆盖抗体、ADC（抗体偶联药物）、工程化酶、mRNA疫苗、TCR 及 TCRm 抗体等多模态生物药的AI驱动项目。 通过构建深度学习与生成式AI模型，在靶点发现、序列设计、亲和力/稳定性预测、可开发性评估等关键环节实现算法产品化，有效推动多个早期药物管线的推进。 致力于打通AI与生物药研发的“最后一公里”，让算法真正服务于高效、精准的新药开发。
