(3)Tooling & injection issue s track & guide improving action (4) Audit injection process & tooling technique monitor 2.HTC external: (1)To develop the design & process quality during development stage to MV stage. (2)Judge the quality issue and define the relative spec for vender. Responsibility: 1.New project about vendor process for each step Y/R meet MCE stage entrance checklist goal. 2.New project in IQC & PL reliability issue preventive for MP+2 month. 3.New project in IQC quality for MP+2 month improvement. 4.New project vendor tooling, equipment, material, working method, environment for capacity meet shipping plan. Routine working items from EKO to EOL: 1. 新產品前期風險評估及 ESI審核. 2. 機構零件製程開發與承認 3. 供應商管理及輔導. 4. 機構零件品質管理與製程良率改善. 5. 新製程導入可行性與量產性評估 6. 協助供應商建立該產品PMP/QCP/SOP/SIP 並審核 7. 供應商製程/ HTC IQC/產線/ CDIT/RMA零件品質問題異常分析與改善
