Product leader and portfolio management: hematology, rare disease, and solid tumor (ADC). - Product leader: BTKi, TROP2 ADC  set up and maintain good communication channel with global counterparts for the project management.  provides leadership to a cross-functional product team for China development and execution of the compound strategy in China makes informed decision with well-recognized strategy by China LT and global product team  oversight execution progress. prospectively identify and manage technical, regulatory, and operational risks through developing and implementing contingency risk mitigation plans, etc.  successfully launched AZ BTKi in China, achieved 4 investment decisions in 1 year of TROP2 ADC  successfully accelerate label expansion by ~2 years of the BTKi by smart strategy - PML:  Provides cross-functional project delivery management in R&D China, focusing on Immuno-oncology and oncology small molecule projects.  Responsibilities include compiling elements of product strategy for approval by the TA Head, executing strategy by engaging the China Product Team, coordinating projects to go through China and Global governance, and providing a strong link between China and the Global Product Team.  Accountable for delivery of project/indication to time, quality, and budget.

Focus on People Engagement, Process Optimization and Initiatives, Training&Coach and Project Oversight

Lead 2 global pivotal phase III registration studies with star product involved in 30 countries, 1 regional phase III registration study with star product involved in 5 countries and 1 local disease registration study. Instruct multinational country operations teams and multiple vendors to ensure study delivery.

Lead China team in 3 global pivotal phase III registration studies with star product.

Involved in 2 hematology molecules and provide instructive ideas and comments for CDP development. Liaison with operations representative within the team at compound level to optimize development strategy.

Acting as consultant to the training team and providing business related advice to resolve end users’ problem; Helping support team optimize system design; Leading local working group and organizing face to face group training to help functional members familiar with systems and improve satisfactory.
