• Hypercare accounting processes after SAP migration • Clarification of balance sheet (valuation methods and approaches) • Execution of preparatory closing postings • Preparation of balance sheet and P&L accounts • Analysis of balance sheet and P&L for preparation of group reporting

• Auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS • Independent processing and preparation of annual financial statements and corporate tax returns for companies of various legal forms • Preparation of tax returns, tax balances and income-surplus-calculations • Participation in special audits and company valuation

• Participation in individual and group audits according to HGB, IFRS. • Support of transition from HGB to IFRS • Review of the reporting package
