Optical design/package design/assembly and characterization. ----package of optical engine using die bond/wire bond/flip chip bonding ----active alignment of fiber array to silicon photonic, passive alignment of VCSEL (PD) to lens array. ----design wins: 40G QSFP AOC ----design wins: 100G PSM4 ----starting Jan 2018. 400G DR4 optical engine composed of EML, TEC, PIN, TIA, DSP.
